The synopsis
Mark has been having fantasies about murdering Trevor and a night of heavy drinking only adds fuel to the fire. When his wife’s lover turns up at his flat for a secret heart-to-heart, can Mark resist the urge to vent his repressed anger?
 

CLEMENT: Are you going to let yourself be castrated, Mark?                  MARK: (horrified) No! Find somebody else!                                          CLEMENT: Mark, I'm talking about castration as part of divorce.             MARK: She gets those too?!

DR STRICKLAND: (thinking there's a body in the bathroom) How could you use that toilet? You realise that entire room is going to have to be scrubbed and disinfected?                                                                TREVOR: Couldn't we just use an air-freshener?!

Clement theorises that Mark is in denial about murdering Trevor and the dummy is his way of convincing himself that his rival is still alive. To maintain this delusion, Clement, Robert and Tracy talk to the dummy as though it was really Trevor, much to Mark's bafflement.
